I’m a free-lance writer and social worker in long term care. I’ve been working with the elderly population for nearly 15 years. I’m extremely passionate about what I do and seek to educate, inform and inspire the community in regards to what it means to care for our elderly.
My areas of specialty and interest include Alzheimer’s and dementia care, palliative care and social policy. On a personal note, I help care for my father who has dementia, Alzheimer’s type. He is truly an inspiration to me and reminds me not to take life too seriously.
